Hike/mountain bike from your back door. Or, simply relax poolside at the community pool and hot tub. A little more than an hour from Seattle and 30 minutes to Snoqualmie Summit. Sun Country Golf course is 10 mins away plus the quaint, nearby communities of Cle Elum and Roslyn offer restaurants, shops & small town charm.

Designer curated, single level home. Fully equipped chef's kitchen w/ stainless appliances, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and eating island that seats three (3). You'll feel right at home with all the thoughtfully appointed cabinets and drawers containing all the necessary dishes, utensils, and bakeware to make a great meal plus all the storage you need in the large pantry.
Open concept in design, the vaulted great room ceiling, cozy gas fireplace, ample seating and large windows provide the perfect backdrop to experience the spectacular valley/mountain views. The adjacent dining room seats eight (8) and has access to the outdoor patio with additional seating and views.
With three (3) bedrooms, this home sleeps eight (8). The generous primary suite has a queen bed, walk in closet, and attached private bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV with access to a full bath just steps away. Bedroom 3 "Bunk Room" has two (2) sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) that also shares the full bath (in the hallway between it and Bedroom 2.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a large washer, dryer and sink plus extra storage and hanging space for those wet shoes, clothing, or coats.
You can also access to the back patio from the laundry room where you'll find a gas BBQ and fire pit just through the fenced patio for yet another opportunity to experience the mountain and valley views.
Other Important Notes:
-No street parking allowed - driveway can hold 4-5 vehicles.
-Pool usage is limited to 6 guests per home at a time (we provide towels).
-Garage is reserved for owner only.
-We supply a high chair and pack n play for guest use.

-Private patio off master is a nice spot to sip coffee and listen to the creek.
